I understand that by purchasing and completing this course or course and tutoring package I am not guaranteed a passing score on my exam.  I agree that I will not hold Texas Teacher Today or Courtney Schonefeld liable for any costs or losses I incur related to not passing the exam and I will not ask for a refund for the money I paid for the course or for the course and tutoring.  If I sign up for the course and weekly tutoring, I may cancel anytime.  Texas Teacher Today can also cancel the tutoring and course with one week notice, providing one more tutoring session and terminating the billing.  No refunds are given.  I understand that if I want to cancel my subscription, I must do so before billing and I will not be eligible for a refund.
